Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking candidates for its EDGE program to accelerate growth as future leaders and technical experts. The program includes multiple rotations in Operations engineering, planning and materials, plus electives in sourcing, logistics, and plant supervision.

Starting January 11, 2027, participants must have a bachelor's or master's degree and be willing to relocate multiple times within the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree from an accredited university.
• Willingness to relocate multiple times during the program.
• Legal authorization to work in the US; visa sponsorship not offered.
• GPA 3.0 or above preferred.
• Graduating within 3 years of January 2027.
• Major in mechanical, industrial, manufacturing engineering, supply chain management, or similar.
• Strong communication across levels, including senior leadership.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities; excellent work results.

Responsibilities

• Three, six‑month rotations in operations engineering, planning and materials, and/or industrialization, quality or manufacturing engineering.
• One, six‑month elective rotation: strategic sourcing, logistics; one, twelve‑month capstone in plant supervision.
• Complete 4 of 5 rotations in core category and 1 in elective; relocation to US sites.
