Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Majors may include Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Chemical Engineering, Physics, Optics, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Business Admin, or related disciplines.
• Experience with CAD software is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Support engineering, manufacturing, and operations initiatives.
• Assist with design, analysis, testing, and validation of products and processes.
• Apply engineering principles to solve technical challenges.
• Analyze data and recommend process improvements.
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams and assist with project planning and documentation.
• Participate in root cause analysis and quality initiatives.
• Contribute to safety, efficiency, and throughput improvements.
