Job summary

Meta is seeking a Network Engineer to join the Site Services and Edge Network Services (ENS) Capacity & Network team. You will support deployment, integration, and ongoing health of network infrastructure across Meta's global site portfolio, including data centers and campuses.

Collaborate with engineers and vendors to resolve incidents and drive scalable deployment strategies. You will analyze fault trends, maintain runbooks, and provide field feedback for future designs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/CE or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years deploying or supporting large-scale network infrastructure.
• Experience troubleshooting network incidents across data center environments.
• Experience with structured cabling, fiber optic systems, and IP networking.
• Experience with hardware platforms such as Arista, Cisco, Juniper, Nexus.

Responsibilities

• Support deployment and integration of network infrastructure across Meta's site portfolio, including structured cabling, fiber connectivity, switching, and routing in data center and campus environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, MSPs, and vendors to investigate and resolve complex network incidents and site events.
• Identify operational improvement opportunities across deployment workflows, change management, and support procedures.
• Partner with design and engineering teams to provide field feedback informing future designs and scalability requirements.
• Maintain accurate network asset records and runbooks to support auditable site operations.
