TARGAN, Inc. seeks a Software Engineer to join the Edge team in Raleigh, NC. You will design and operate the distributed edge-to-cloud data pipeline, ingesting sensor data from IoT devices and forwarding it to the cloud with intermittent connectivity.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience shipping production systems.
• Experience building distributed backend services in production (edge or IoT context).
• Strong server-side development in C#/.NET with ASP.NET Core REST APIs.

Aufgaben

• Design and implement backend services in C# on .NET Core for edge platform (REST APIs, workers, telemetry).
• Own data pipeline from device ingest to cloud archive including schema design and migrations.
• Build and maintain containerized services and deployment manifests.
• Integrate with industrial controllers over fieldbus/SCADA protocols.
• Deliver end-to-end features with tests, CI, review, deployment and field validation.
• Contribute to architecture docs and drive maintainable codebase growth.
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate across teams to ship releases.
