Job summary

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company building AI-powered military systems. This Site Reliability Engineer role focuses on managing the reliability and uptime of a growing fleet of autonomous Sentry towers deployed in harsh, remote locations, working across compute, software, firmware, sensors, and connectivity infrastructure.

You will build monitoring systems, diagnose issues across the full stack, perform root-cause analysis, and deploy software and firmware.

Qualifications

3+ years in SRE, DevOps, or similar production infra roles.
Strong Linux skills: systemd, journald, SSH debugging, shell scripting.
Solid TCP/IP networking and connectivity troubleshooting knowledge.
Experience with observability tools (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana).
Python or Rust for automation and tooling.
Experience with incident response and postmortems.
Eligibility to obtain and hold a U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

Build monitoring systems for fleet health with dashboards and alerts.
Remotely diagnose issues across compute, software, firmware, sensors, and connectivity.
Perform root-cause analysis and develop automations to reduce toil.
Plan and execute staged software, firmware, and configuration deployments.
Review incident trends and maintain runbooks and guides.
Participate in on-call rotations and provide reliability feedback.
