HCL Technologies is seeking an Infrastructure Repair Technician to ensure reliable operation of data center infrastructure. You will troubleshoot complex hardware, perform repairs and component replacements, manage tickets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive prompt resolutions.

The role requires 2+ years of hardware and networking troubleshooting experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in computer hardware, networking, and troubleshooting.
• Strong technical background in computer hardware, networking, and troubleshooting.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and work in a physically demanding environment.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshooting and resolution: identify, diagnose, and reliably resolve hardware problems on servers, storage systems, and network devices.
• Repair and replacement: perform repairs and replacements of faulty components (server hardware, storage, network devices).
• Ticket management and closure: manage and close tickets in a timely, documented manner.
• Root cause analysis: participate in root cause analysis of highly technical data center issues.
• Collaboration and communication: work with technicians, engineers, and stakeholders to resolve issues and escalate as needed.
