Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong systems design, development, integration, and testing.
• 2-6 years of industry experience.
• Familiar with Cameo and Agile/Scrum environments.
• Hands-on prototyping, troubleshooting, and build experience of complex robotic systems.
• Experience developing automated test scripts and frameworks using Python or MATLAB.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and to work onsite at Costa Mesa, CA HQ.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end system development by collaborating with cross-functional teams to define requirements and system architecture.
• Design, develop, and maintain system components that meet functional and performance requirements.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure reliability, scalability, and resilience of software applications in distributed systems.
• Work closely with hardware engineers and product managers to ensure seamless integration of software and hardware components.
• Collaborate with the team to define and document software engineering processes and practices, ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
