Job summary

Meta Careers is seeking a Network Infrastructure Design Engineer to develop and deliver scalable ICT physical infrastructure for Meta's global network. The role focuses on data center and POP deployments, space, power, cooling, and connectivity requirements, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive execution.

The engineer will design, review, and optimize floorplans, rack layouts, and network hardware placement, while ensuring adherence to industry standards and company design

Qualifications

• Experience designing ICT physical infrastructure for large-scale deployments.
• Ability to develop space, power, cooling, and connectivity requirements.
• Familiarity with industry standards (TIA/EIA, ISO/IEC, BICSI).

Responsibilities

• Designs ICT infrastructure for large-scale data centers and network deployments.
• Reviews and optimizes floor/rack layouts and cabling.
• Ensures compliance with design standards and industry regulations.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive deployment in POPs and backbone sites.
