Job summary

Workiva is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer on the Growth Solutions team to deliver AI-powered solutions for complex, regulated reporting challenges. You’ll work directly with customers across financial reporting, sustainability disclosure, tax transparency, and audit to design, build, and deploy production-grade solutions on the Workiva platform.

You’ll own edge deployments, collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering, and transform customer needs into reusable patterns that shape

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years delivering software solutions to enterprise customers.

Responsibilities

• Own the hardest customer problems end-to-end from prototype to production across deployments.
• Design and deploy AI-powered workflows addressing real customer challenges with testing and governance.
• Drive customer outcomes as a trusted technical advisor to regulatory, operations, and IT stakeholders.
• Contribute to a compounding knowledge base with patterns and field learnings.
