Job summary

Palantir Technologies is seeking a Software Engineer for Edge AI Systems in Seattle. Hybrid work with travel to deployment sites, building production-grade Edge AI systems and deploying LLMs for constrained hardware.

You will work across AI infrastructure, model optimization, edge deployment, and distributed systems, collaborating with researchers, engineers, and defense customers on high-stakes projects.

Qualifications

• 4–10 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience building production AI or distributed systems.
• Experience deploying production software in high-reliability environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and build production-grade Edge AI systems for tactical defense applications.
• Train, fine-tune, and deploy LLMs optimized for constrained edge hardware.
• Develop autonomous multi-agent systems supporting mission-critical workflows.
• Benchmark, evaluate, and improve agent reliability, latency, and performance.
