Job summary

Palantir Technologies is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join a customer-facing product engineering team focused on developing advanced Command and Control (C2) and Agentic Autonomy Software for Autonomous Systems. You will build, integrate, and deploy software that connects sensors, actuators, and autonomous platforms to enable real-time decision making in complex mission sets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of experience contributing to system design or architecture (architecture, patterns, reliability, scaling).
• 2+ years of experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize software for mission-critical autonomous systems.
• Develop algorithms to process data from heterogeneous sensors for real-time state estimation.
• Build LLM and AI-driven systems for threat assessment and rapid decision making.
• Develop integrations with sensors, actuators, and autonomous platforms.
• Engineer scalable, reliable, and fail-safe systems for high-stakes environments.
• Partner with robotics, hardware, and systems engineers to deliver integrated solutions.
