Job summary

Jabil is seeking a Computer Vision (CV) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) Engineer to work onsite in Lexington, KY. You will design deep learning models and vision pipelines to audit inventory in dynamic store environments, counting and tracking merchandise with edge AI solutions.

You will collaborate with ROS engineers, interface with external vendors, and help enhance AI product offerings while optimizing performance on embedded hardware; a strong background in CV, DL, and multi-sensor data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Engineering or Computer Science.
• 5+ years of related experience in software development, neural networks, robotics, and artificial intelligence.
• Experience with AI systems in customer-facing or field environments is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design and train deep learning models for fine-grained classification of thousands of retail products.
• Build end-to-end vision pipelines including stitch-stitching, image rectification, and glare removal from moving cameras.
• Establish semi-automated data annotation pipelines and synthetic data generation techniques.
