Job Duties and Responsibilities

Retail Associates will perform a variety of duties in a gift shop/camp store atmosphere.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Engage guests and assist with selection and advice in choosing products and providing information about the Park
• Keep the shop looking great – clean, organize, merchandise
• Handle cash and credit transactions
• Help teammates
• Help maintain inventory and keep product availability up to date
• Other duties as assigned and in accordance with business needs

Participants must be able to stand for long periods of time, be willing to work weekends and holidays, and follow schedule and hours dictated by seasonality and business needs.

Pay Rate

$15.50 per hour. Average hours per week: 32–40.

Housing Details

Housing Rate: $45 per week per person.

Staff housing is shared communal living and is diverse, ranging from dorm‑style, apartment, condo, and single‑family home. Most staff live on‑site or within 2 miles. Expect at least one roommate and share the housing with more team members.

Bedrooms include a single‑size bed (sometimes bunk beds), drawers and hanging space for clothes, and may include a chair, desk, and other amenities. Housing includes shared kitchens to cook meals and shared bathrooms.
