Heartland Dental LLC partners with My Dentist - Springfield to recruit an Expanded Duties Dental Assistant (EDDA). The role supports clinical care, takes and develops X-rays, organizes lab equipment, and helps maintain the dentist's schedule.

This entry-level position welcomes new graduates and offers extensive training and opportunities for professional growth. Applicants should be personable, possess strong communication and patient-care skills, and be able to travel for training as needed.

Responsibilities

• Take and record medical and dental histories and patient vitalsigns
• Assist the dentist in managing dental emergencies
• Improve your clinical skills and acumen through participation in continuing education and training opportunities offered by Heartland Dental
• Organize and maintain lab equipment
• Take and develop X-rays and provide comprehensive post-operative dental procedures
