Job summary

Kelleytown Dental Care is seeking an Experienced Expanded Duties Dental Assistant (EDDA) to support our fast-paced practice. The EDDA will assist with comprehensive post-operative care, take and develop X-rays, and help the dentist manage dental emergencies while delivering outstanding patient experiences.

The ideal candidate has EFDA certification, 4+ years of dental assisting experience, strong clinical and interpersonal skills, and familiarity with Dentrix.

Qualifications

• EFDA certification required.
• 4+ years of dental assisting experience.
• Strong clinical and patient care skills; positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
• Dentrix experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Taking and developing x-rays for patients.
• Assist the dentist in managing dental emergencies.
• Improve clinical skills through continuing education and training.
