Hard Rock Digital is seeking an Enhanced Due Diligence Associate to screen clients, identify potential criminal activity, and assess VIP hospitality suitability, ensuring compliance with policies. You will scrub data using Comply Advantage, assess matches, document findings, evaluate financial crime risk, and provide actionable risk-mitigation recommendations.

Qualifications

• CDD/EDD experience in iGaming or banking environments is preferred.
• Familiarity with screening tools such as Comply Advantage is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical abilities with capacity to interpret complex data.

Responsabilités

• Scrub player names in the Comply Advantage database and document the scrub proof.
• Assess matches to determine false positives and log findings for records.
• Evaluate potential risks and provide actionable mitigation recommendations.
• Discuss positive matches with management on a bi-weekly basis.
• Collaborate with VIP Team on initial suitability reviews and issue resolution.
• Contribute to EDD policy improvements and stay updated on regulations.
