Responsibilities

• Answer 13-line phone system and handle encounter scanning, copying, and faxing.
• Coordinate with ED Charge Nurse and Flow Coordinator to manage patient flow.
• Assist in patient care support tasks and liaise with physicians as needed.
• Arrange EMS transfers and contact physicians for orders and updates.
• Monitor and document patient transfers and ensure proper record keeping.
