Bronson Healthcare is seeking a Unit Clerk NVU for the day shift on a part-time basis at Kalamazoo’s Bronson Methodist Hospital South Campus. The role supports nursing unit operations, records, and communication systems while ensuring timely patient flow and data entry accuracy.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED and emphasizes strong organizational, data-entry, and interpersonal skills to assist the care team and patients.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required for those hired on/after 6/1/2017.
• 1–3 months related experience and/or training preferred.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Ability to input/retrieve data in computerized systems.
• Strong organization and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Perform clerical and receptionist functions for the unit.
• Prepare/compile records, coordinate unit communications, relay information.
• Maintain supplies, equipment and unit environment.
• Communicate effectively with patients, visitors and care team.
• Input and retrieve data in hospital information systems and patient records.
