Job summary

The Emergency Department Technician II at Medical University of South Carolina reports to the Nurse Manager and performs multi-skilled activities under a Registered Nurse to support a decentralized, patient-centered approach to care.

Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or GED, at least 1 year of patient care experience or EMT certification, and BLS certification within 2 weeks of hire. This is an on-site role with hourly pay and regular shifts.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Assists in duties to achieve desired patient outcomes while adhering to MUHA policies.
