Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Currently licensed as CPCT-A, CNA or EMT in Missouri.
• BLS certification (AHA or Red Cross) required.
• Minimum six months direct patient care experience preferred.
• Knowledge of growth and development across age groups (neonatal to geriatrics).

Responsibilities

• Perform phlebotomy.
• Perform 12 lead EKGs.
• Transport patients to other departments.
• Monitor patients with cardiac/ vital signs equipment.
• Perform Point of Care Testing.
• Obtain lab specimens and document care.
• Maintain equipment and workspace cleanliness.
• Order/stock department supplies.
• Assist coworkers and participate in QI projects.
• Demonstrate positive customer service relations.
