Job summary

Manpower Group (USA) is seeking Ed Tech III level staff for school-year and substitute roles in Central Maine. Positions offer up to $25.00+/hour for year-round staff and $140/day for substitutes, with immediate start. Day shift, Monday–Friday, school-year and substitute opportunities available.

These roles support students with social, emotional, and behavioral needs in a collaborative educational setting, contributing to student growth and successful transitions back to community schools.

Qualifications

• Ed Tech III certification or 90 college credits and eligibility for Maine DOE certification.
• Experience with children or adolescents with behavioral, emotional, or educational needs preferred.
• Reliable transportation and a valid Maine driver's license.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to helping students succeed.
• Ability to pass background and reference checks.
