Job summary

ServingSchools in Bangor, Maine is seeking an Ed Tech III to support students with behavioral and educational goals in a private special education setting. You will work alongside teachers, clinicians, and BCBAs in-person, focusing on creating a positive, safe learning environment for Kindergarten-4th grade students.

Starting at $24/hour with benefits eligibility for full-time staff, the role includes free CPR/First Aid/BBP, Safety Care and BHP certifications, and ongoing weekly professional

Qualifications

• Minimum 90 college credit hours required; Ed Tech III certification preference.
• Must obtain CPR/First Aid/BBP within 60 days of hire (provided).
• Must obtain Safety Care certification within 30 days of hire (provided).
• Must obtain BHP certification within 12 months of hire (provided).
• Valid State of Maine driver license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Support children in achieving behavioral and educational goals.
• Create a safe, engaging, and positive learning environment.
• Teach communication, social, and safety skills.
• Follow each child’s individualized treatment and education plans.
• Maintain clear, accurate daily documentation.
