Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior plans and individual education plans.
• Assist with toileting as necessary.
• Learn and use physical restraint and Safety Care strategies.

Skills

Knowledge of behavior-management strategies

Ability to implement behavior plans

Experience working in an elementary school setting

Knowledge of instructional strategies in literacy and mathematics
