SmartRecruiters, Inc. is seeking full-time medical scribes to support physicians by providing real-time charting and documentation during shifts. Scribes join healthcare teams, shadow physicians throughout shifts, and handle tasks that enhance patient experience and clinical operations.

Shifts typically run 8–10 hours, with 16–20 shifts per month, varying by location. No clinical experience is required; strong English skills and a pre-health track are preferred for success in the role.

Formación

• Follow and observe a physician for extended periods of time
• Handle a stressful and fast-paced environment
• Read, write and comprehend through listening
• Operate a computer with proficient typing
• Write legibly by hand
• No clinical experience required to apply
• Proficient in English; secondary languages required at some locations

Responsabilidades

• Recording the patient’s history and chief complaints
• Transcribing physical exams
• Preparing plans for follow-up care
