Job summary

Jackson Hospital (Marianna) seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for the Weekend Program. The role requires an unrestricted AL or multi-state RN license, BLS and ACLS certification, with PALS, TNCC, ENPC preferred. Weekend program demands ED RN experience for effective patient care.

The RN will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care, supervising staff and coordinating supplies and equipment to ensure adherence to standards of practice across the unit.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted AL or multi-state RN license required.
• BLS and ACLS required; PALS/TNCC/ENPC preferred.
• ED RN experience required for the Weekend Program.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care on assigned unit during shift.

The Registered Nurse (RN) performs the functions of assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating the care for the assigned patients on a specific unit during a shift. The RN is responsible for meeting the Standards of Practice which includes managing all assigned personnel, supplies and equipment on the unit and for promoting collaboration with all members of the health care team.
