• Collaborate with multidisciplinary health care team to support program initiatives.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives in clinical, financial, and operational areas.
• Initiate and participate in research activities relevant to the specialty area.
• Implement initiatives as directed by nursing and medical leadership.
