UF Health Jacksonville is seeking a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department to provide high-quality nursing care in the Urgent Care/ED setting. The RN will apply the nursing process, perform staff nurse duties, and serve as charge nurse when needed, ensuring age-appropriate care and patient safety.

Required: Florida RN license or eNLC with FL licensure within 90 days, BLS/ACLS; PALS and NRP within six months of hire. Minimum 2 years ER/ICU RN experience; BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in Florida or eNLC with FL licensure required within 90 days.
• CPR/BLS and ACLS required; PALS and NRP within six months of hire/transfer.
• ED/RN experience preferred; ICU experience acceptable.

Responsabilités

• Provide nursing care using the nursing process per standards.
• Perform staff nurse activities and act as charge nurse when assigned.
• Maintain accountability for assigned patients and age-appropriate care.
• Collaborate with health care team to coordinate patient care.
