Saint Francis Hospital in Connecticut is hiring an Emergency Department RN Case Manager to coordinate patient care in a fast-paced ED. The role emphasizes utilization management, appropriate level-of-care determinations, and safe transitions of care to support patient flow and throughput.

Requirements include CT RN license, BLS, and a BSN preferred; three years acute care experience and ED exposure preferred; knowledge of CMS/HCFA and regulatory standards is essential.

Competenze

• Graduation from an accredited nursing school.
• Valid RN License in Connecticut.
• BLS certification required.
• 3+ years of acute care RN experience; ED experience preferred.
• Knowledge of utilization management, level-of-care determination, and care coordination.
• Experience with CMS/HCFA, OBRA, CT regulations, and Joint Commission standards.
