Job summary

Emory Healthcare is seeking an RN Clinician to provide patient-centered care using the AACN Synergy Model. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care while documenting in records. The role emphasizes collaboration with the care team and ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities include leading with the nursing process, delegating within the team, and supporting staff orientation when needed. A valid GA RN license and BLS/ACLS as required are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate BSN with 12 months nursing experience or recent RN re-entry program.
• Graduate ADN with a minimum of 2 years nursing experience.
• Current RN license in Georgia and active CPR/BLS certification.
• Optional ACLS depending on department, and eNLC multistate license within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Delivers safe, effective nursing care using the nursing process.
• Performs thorough patient assessments and documents findings.
• Develops and implements patient care plans with family input.
• Maintains accurate electronic and physical records.
• Identifies learning needs and coordinates resources for patients.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team and may assume Charge Nurse duties when needed.

Skills

BLS certification

Multistate license (eNLC)

Education

LPNs eligible to transition to RN
