Qualifications

• RN licensure in Georgia (required)
• 1 year ED RN experience required
• Experience leading quality and process improvement projects required
• ACLS, BCLS required
• PALS or CEN preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate overall movement of patients through the ED to ensure safe, efficient care.
• Serve as liaison with ED medical staff to optimize care delivery.
• Delegate workload and model teamwork, leadership, and professionalism in the ED.
