Job summary

Piedmont Henry Hospital is seeking an Emergency Department Patient Flow Coordinator to manage the efficient movement of patients through the ED and coordinate care activities. The role requires collaboration with ED staff, safe patient handling, and professional leadership.

Ideal candidates will have an RN license in Georgia, 1 year ED RN experience, and ACLS/PALS/BCLS certifications; CEN is a plus. This is a full-time on-site position within a dynamic hospital setting.

Qualifications

• RN license in GA is required.
• At least 1 year of Emergency Department experience as an RN is required.
• ACLS and PALS are required; BCLS required.
• CEN is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the overall movement of patients through the ED in a safe, efficient manner.
• Serve as liaison with ED medical staff and delegate workload; model teamwork and professionalism.
