Job summary

Mercy in Rogers, AR is looking for a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to assist with individualized patient care under RN/LPN supervision. You’ll work as part of a compassionate team to support wellness and safety while delivering essential clinical and non-clinical tasks.

Education includes a high school diploma or GED, CNA/CPTC enrollment or Mercy coworker status; no prior experience required. Mercy provides a 175-hour training program within 90 days, with preferred EMT/Paramedic or prior care

Qualifications

• CNA/CPTC enrollment or being a current Mercy coworker preferred.
• No prior experience required; Mercy provides training where needed.
