Responsibilities

• Establishes patient accounts in a timely fashion and links to correct unit numbers.
• Completes demographic and financial information with Admissions expectations.
• Obtains signatures on authorization forms for registrations and explains form components.
• Directs patients and visitors to appropriate hospital locations.
• Pre-registers patients for scheduled appointments and handles pre-registration calls.
