Job summary

Qualifications

• BLS Healthcare Provider training per RQI guidelines; ECC courses provided during orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care for adult medical and trauma patients in the ED under Medical Director guidance.
• Perform ECG interpretation, IV therapy, and initiate approved protocol orders for ED patients.
• Collaborate with RNs and Medical Providers to deliver quality patient care.
• Collect pertinent patient data within scope and chart accurately.
• Maintain environmental and personal safety and effective communication.
