Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in nursing or related field.
• BSN preferred.
• Active RN licensure in good standing with applicable state board.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains productive working relationships with patients, families and colleagues.
• Demonstrates knowledge of patient education and teaching to patients and families during episodes of care.
• Applies the nursing process within Relationship Based Care to plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Participates in unit-based quality improvement and shared governance.
