Qualifications

• Current and valid state Registered Nurse license.
• BSN preferred.
• ACLS certificate required within 30 days of hire and kept current.
• PALS certificate and/or ENPC required within 30 days of hire and kept current.
• 1 year of staff nurse experience in an acute care ED preferred.
• TNCC certificate within 12 months and CEN within 2 years, preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience, with 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily unit operations as Charge Nurse and triage admissions.
• Lead interdisciplinary rounds and balance workloads across staff.
• Coordinate scheduling, onboarding, chart audits, and hiring needs.
• Provide frontline leadership, manage escalations, and ensure continuity of care.
• Support administrative scope in the absence of the Director/Manager.
