Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing required.
• Bachelor's Degree or higher preferred.
• 2-4 years of experience in a closely related field required.
• 2-4 years of leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operations of the Emergency Department, ensuring efficient patient flow and high-quality care.
• Supervises nursing and support staff, ensuring compliance with clinical standards and hospital policies.
• Collaborates with leadership to establish departmental goals related to quality, safety and patient experience.
• Coordinates patient throughput, bed management, and reduction of delays in care.
• Responds promptly to emergencies and staffing issues, exercising sound leadership.
