Job summary

Tenet Healthcare is seeking a Nursing Educator to lead education programs across Metrowest Medical Center - Consolidated Hospital. You will drive orientation, competency assessments, and ongoing education for nursing staff and allied personnel.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Nursing with state licensure and certifications (ACLS, PALS, TNCC); 3 years ED experience preferred. You will collaborate with leadership to align educational goals with Tenet’s standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in nursing or nursing education required.
Current state nursing license and relevant certifications (ACLS, PALS, TNCC).
Preferred: 3 years of nursing experience in an acute care ED setting.

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver nursing education programs across units and departments.
Coordinate orientation, competency assessments and continuing education.
Provide coaching and mentorship to nurses, preceptors and residents.
Plan, implement, and evaluate continuing education curricula and Grand Rounds.
Support quality improvement initiatives and clinical practice policy development.
Contribute to department goals and participate in education-related committees.
