Tribal Health in Arizona is seeking an Outpatient RN Supervisor (ED) to oversee a 4‑RN ED team within a facility that includes telemetry, outpatient, and ER/urgent care services. An active ARIZONA RN license (or compact state) and ACLS/BLS, TNCC, PALS, NRP certifications are required, with 2+ years of ER supervisory experience.

The schedule is 8a–5p, Monday–Friday (40 hours), with credentialing expected in 2–3 weeks.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Arizona or another compact licensing state.
• ACLS and BLS certifications, TNCC, PALS, NRP are required.

Responsibilities

• Manages a team of 4 ED RNs in a facility with telemetry, Outpatient, and ER/Urgent Care.
• Oversees clinical operations and patient care standards in the ED/Outpatient setting.
