Job summary

Tribal Health in the United States is seeking an Outpatient RN Supervisor (ED) to lead a 4‑person ED nursing team and coordinate care across the Emergency Department, telemetry, outpatient and urgent care services.

The ideal candidate will hold a valid nursing license (Arizona or other compact state accepted), minimum 2 years of ER supervision experience, current ACLS/BLS/TNCC/PALS/NRP certifications, a COVID‑19 vaccine, and be able to complete credentialing within 2–3 weeks.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid unrestricted nursing license.
• Compact licensing state accepted (Arizona or another compact state).
• Minimum 2 years of ER supervision experience.
• ACLS, BLS, TNCC, PALS, and NRP certifications.
• COVID‑19 vaccine required.
• Credentialing/clearance within 2–3 weeks.
• Leads a team of 4 ED RNs and coordinates across ED/Outpatient/Telemetry.

Summary

• Specialty: RN Supervisor (ED)
• License Accepted: Valid current unrestricted nursing license from the State of Arizona or another compact licensing state.
• Certifications required: Valid American Heart Association certification in ACLS and BLS, TNCC, PALS, NRP
• Experience requirements: 2 Years of Experience as ER Supervisor
• COVID vaccine required: Yes
• Weekly schedule: 8a-5p Monday through Friday. 40 hours weekly
• Clearance timeframe: 2-3 week timeline for credentialing/clearance
• Support staff: Manages a team of 4 ED RNs. The facility includes a medical telemetry Unit, Outpatient, and Emergency Room/Urgent Care.
