• RN license from Oklahoma Board of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Assesses daily patient access needs and ensures appropriate patient care.
• Delivers quality patient care and ensures implementation of clinical objectives.
• Delegates duties to staff based on assessed skills and monitors daily operations.
• Collaborates with department leadership to ensure processes are up to date.
• Participates in quality initiatives, audits, and improvement planning.
• Conducts hiring, training, directing, development and evaluation of staff.
