Qualifications

• 2 years' experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute care setting is required.
• 2 years' experience in a charge nurse lead nurse or related position is preferred
• Active RN license in state of practice
• CPR certification is required; ACLS may be required where necessary

Responsibilities

• Assists in oversight of unit/department operations and patient care.
• Develops workflows and prepares operational reports for the department.
• Assists in direct supervision of unit staff and schedules; supports leadership in rewards and recognition.
