Job summary

Grace Medical Center in Baltimore, MD, is seeking a Critical Care Tech to support daily patient care under RN oversight. You will gather patient data, report status to appropriate staff, and assist with selected advanced procedures with professional conduct.

Experience of 1–3 years is preferred; High School/GED is preferred; BLS cert from AHA and CNA/EMT credentials are valued as part of licensure requirements.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years healthcare support experience preferred.
• High School / GED preferred.
• BLS certification (American Heart Association) preferred.

Summary

• With the guidance and oversight of the Registered Nurse, performs duties to support the daily care of the patient.
• Gathers data relevant to the individual needs of the patient and/or family and immediately reports status to appropriate personnel.
• In conjunction with patient assessment performed by licensed professional staff, performs selected advance procedures.
• Demonstrates professionalism, integrity and accountability in the Critical Care Tech role.

Licensures & Certifications

• Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association
• CNA license in Maryland or current EMT certification (MD or National)

Pay Range

$20.00 to $27.29 Based On Experience
