Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited program.
• 1 year of recent post-graduation nursing experience.
• Active Registered Nursing License in Georgia.
• BLS certification; ACLS may be required for certain departments; multi-state license (eNLC) within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and lead Registered Nurses in the Charge Nurse role.
• Coordinate team behavior and collaborate with physicians and staff.
• Complete performance reviews with Nurse Manager input and manage unit operations.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements across the unit.
• Lead quality improvement and risk management initiatives.
