Job summary

UW Health SwedishAmerican Hospital in Rockford, IL is hiring for a full-time, night-shift position with 90% FTE. The role requires 1 year of customer service experience; CPR/BLS certification is required, with EMT preferred. Education levels range up to an Associate’s degree in healthcare preferred.

Job description

Work Schedule

90% FTE, full-time. Night shift, 3-12 hour shifts, every other weekend and rotating holiday schedule. You will at UW Health SwedishAmerican Hospital.

Additional components of compensation may include

• Evening, night, and weekend shift differential

Qualifications

• No minimum education required.

Work Experience

• One (1) year of experience in a customer service related field. Required
• 6 months of experience in an emergency room or critical care environment as: Receptionist, Nursing Assistant, Nurse, Paramedic, EMT, Fire Fighter, Police Officer, 911 Dispatcher, or experience in military service. Preferred

Licenses & Certifications

• Basic Life Support/CPR Certification. Required
• Emergency Medical Technician. Preferred
