Marion Health is seeking a Behavioral Health Therapist to join the ED care team. You will perform behavioral health assessments, crisis intervention, and care coordination for patients with behavioral health, chronic conditions, and substance use concerns.

The role supports reducing ED visits and ensuring timely follow-up after discharge. The position requires a Master’s degree with two years of relevant experience and Indiana licensure within one year, or a Doctorate with appropriate licensure.

Competenze

• Master's degree with two years of Master’s level experience and Indiana license within 1 year.
• Alternatively, Master’s in Family Therapy with licensure within 1 year.
• Or Doctorate in Psychology with Indiana license and HSPP certification within 1 year.
• Basic BLS certification or ability to obtain during orientation.

Mansioni

• Provide behavioral health assessments and crisis intervention in the ED.
• Coordinate care and link patients to community resources.
• Support de-escalation, care planning, and suicide prevention activities.
• Conduct warm handoffs and follow-ups for high-utilization patients.
• Assist providers with behavioral interventions as needed.
