Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years acute care RN experience with behavioral health patients.
• Current Maine RN license or ability to obtain promptly.
• BLS certification; MOAB preferred.
• Demonstrated flexibility, problem solving and critical thinking.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans based on assessment to optimize outcomes.
• Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition; coordinate with across disciplines.
• Provide patient/family education appropriate to age, culture and condition; delegate to staff as needed.
