This role partners with product development teams to drive software quality, expand test coverage, and deliver reliable systems that meet program schedules, budget targets, and customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical discipline.
• 3+ years of relevant industrial experience.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 10%, including internationally.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and maintain test plans and test cases to ensure full requirements coverage and high-quality software validation.
• Plan and manage testing activities within assigned domains, tracking progress and reporting status to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams - including software development, electrical engineering, control system development, IT, and test engineering to troubleshoot issues and ensure seamless integration.
• Continuously enhance testing processes by increasing automation, improving test efficiency, and implementing best practices for quality assurance.
