Job summary

Woodland Springs, part of Lifepoint Health, seeks an Electroconvulsive Therapy Behavioral Health Technician to support therapeutic milieu under RN supervision in a Conroe, Texas facility. The role involves safety monitoring, client supervision, documentation, and assisting with psychoeducational groups within a busy behavioral health setting.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED, CPR and de‑escalation training, and prior psychiatric health‑care experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires critical thinking skills and decisive judgment.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Experience in psychiatric health-care settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Observe and maintain a safe environment with regular patient checks.
• Take vital signs and assist with group education.
• Monitor patients and report changes to RN.
• Orient and support new staff on unit.
• Promote therapeutic milieu and accompany patients to meals/appointments.
