Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the teacher with instruction and prepare instructional materials and classroom displays
• Guide individual students or groups in daily activities and instructional exercises
• Reinforce positive behavior per ARD plans and school discipline policies
• Maintain and communicate student needs to teachers
• Supervise students during school hours and transitions
• Help maintain administrative records and reports
• Support substitutes and participate in staff meetings and training
• Contribute to a positive school climate and professional tone in communications
